Refund policy

We want you to love our products, but more than that we want you to love us. Our returns policies below are simple and designed with that in mind.

If there is a fault or issue:
Contact us on contact@bodyism.com and we will resolve and send you new product right away.

If you’ve changed your mind:
You’re entitled to return the unopened product to us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll still refund you if it takes up to 30 days though. We’re nice like that. Contact contact@bodyism.com for details.

Please note, it is in our terms that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items at their own cost.
